Job Summary
This person will be responsible for the training, development, and supervision of warehouse employees across three (3) shifts. Primary functions are to develop a high-performing production team that ships orders accurately and on-time. Within this role, there is a focus to support an environment of continuous process improvement and optimization, reduce waste, and improve productivity. Additionally, this person will participate in daily production meetings to report on daily shipments and work closely with other departments to meet department goals.
